Lean expert

Dominik Kowalczyk

Dominik graduated from the School of Communication and Management in Poznań and the University of Social Sciences in Łódź. He has extensive experience in Lean Management, process improvement and human resource management.

He began his career as a Lean expert at Schnellecke Slovakia, supporting improvement programmes and taking part in Kaikaku waves in Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and North America. As Regional Lean Manager, he led a team of Lean experts across Central Europe. At DHL Exel Supply Chain Poland, he planned logistics processes and managed an operation of more than 400 people for an automotive client. Working with SMARTproject, he has delivered several hundred projects that generated around PLN 0.8bn in savings.

A certified supply chain professional, he has run numerous training courses and speaks four foreign languages fluently.

Law and tax

Piotr Ziarko

Piotr graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and holds an LL.M. from the Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C.

He has many years of experience advising businesses across all sectors on legal and tax matters. His areas of expertise include corporate advisory, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract negotiations, real estate and public procurement.

He built his professional experience at leading law firms, including firms specialising in international transactions.

IT, AI and cybersecurity

Michał Sulawiak

Michał has more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure management (cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP; on-premises: VMware, Proxmox, KVM) and process optimisation. He specialises in DevOps, FinOps and MLOps, helping organisations deliver services faster, control costs and make better use of data.

He started out as an IT administrator, building data centres for more than 50 SMEs. In FMCG (P&G, Mondelez), he optimised big data and MLOps environments, cutting reporting time by 75%. As Technical Delivery Lead for Sky and NBCUniversal, he rolled out a CDN platform serving 17 million users in 22 countries (SkyShowtime). At PwC, he audited application security (including for OTP Bank), trained IT leaders and optimised DevOps practices — cutting time to market by 33% and infrastructure costs by 70%, and saving clients EUR 34m in two years.

He is a certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect and Azure Network Engineer, and holds the Cloudera Big Data Administration certification.
