Privacy policy

How we process personal data on sgwt.pl.

1. General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy defines the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the website available at sgwt.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
  2. The administrator of the personal data of the Service Users is Smart Growth Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw (00-195) at ul. Zygmunta Słomińskiego 19/145, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001052081, NIP: 5252967690, REGON: 526085615 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
  3. The Service operates in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
  4. Personal data is processed with respect for the principles of security and confidentiality.

2. Definitions

  • Administrator – Smart Growth Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Zygmunta Słomińskiego 19/145, 00-195 Warsaw, KRS: 0001052081, NIP: 5252967690, REGON: 526085615.
  • User – any natural person visiting the Service or using its functionalities, in particular sending an inquiry via the contact form.
  • Service – the website available at https://sgwt.pl.
  • Personal data – any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

3. Personal Data Administrator

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Smart Growth Sp. z o.o. (details as in point 1.2).
  2. In matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact the Administrator via e-mail at: [email protected] or in writing to the Administrator's registered office address.

4. Scope of Collected Data

  1. The Administrator processes personal data provided voluntarily by Users in the contact form available on the Service.
  2. The scope of the collected data usually includes:
    • Name,
    • E-mail address,
    • Phone number,
    • Message content (which may contain other personal data provided by the User).
  3. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to process the inquiry and provide a response by the Administrator, including presenting an offer.

5. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

  1. Your personal data provided in the contact form is processed for the purpose of:
    • Making return contact (by phone or email) in response to your inquiry.
    • Presenting information or a commercial offer regarding the Administrator's services, in accordance with the content of your inquiry.
  2. The legal basis for data processing is:
    • Necessity to take action at the request of the data subject before entering into a potential contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – if your inquiry concerns the presentation of an offer or information necessary to decide on cooperation.
    • The legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – consisting of handling correspondence and responding to the question asked when it does not directly concern the conclusion of a contract.

6. Data Retention Period

  1. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, conduct correspondence or talks to present an offer, and possibly establish cooperation.
  2. After the contact regarding the subject of the inquiry is concluded, the data may be stored for the period necessary to defend against or pursue possible claims, in accordance with the applicable statutes of limitation.

7. User Rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  1. The right to access your data.
  2. The right to rectify (correct) your data.
  3. The right to erasure of data.
  4. The right to restriction of processing.
  5. The right to object to data processing (where the basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator).
  6. The right to data portability (to the extent specified in Art. 20 GDPR).
  7. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you believe that the data processing violates the provisions of the GDPR.

8. Data Recipients

  1. Users' personal data may be entrusted for processing to entities cooperating with the Administrator to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes, e.g., IT service providers (hosting, e-mail).
  2. These entities act on the basis of a data processing agreement and are obliged to protect the data to the same extent as the Administrator.

9. Security Measures

The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure, including, among others, connection encryption (SSL/TLS) and access control.

10. Cookies

The Service may use necessary cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website. We do not collect data through them that allows for your identification, nor do we use cookies for analytical or marketing purposes without your consent.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version of the Policy is always available on the Service.
